The American Council on Education's Statement of Academic Rights and Responsibilities    

Academic Affairs oversees all operations of the Academic Division, providing administrative oversight, academic leadership, and external representation. The Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs is assisted by the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of University College, the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean of Graduate Studies, the Director of CETL, the Director of the KSU Press, the Director of the Institute for Global Initiatives, and the Director of the Institute for Leadership, Ethics & Character. The units comprising the academic area are the College of the Arts, the Michael J. Coles College of Business, the Leland and Clarice C. Bagwell College of Education, the WellStar College of Health and Human Services, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Science and Mathematics, the University College, the Division of Continuing Education, and the Graduate College.
