| The mission of the Kennesaw State University Offices of Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions is to attract and enroll satisfactory numbers of qualified students according to directions received from the Board of Regents, University faculty and central administration. Kennesaw State University, a residential commuter institution, is one of the fastest-growing members of the University System of Georgia. The Office of Admissions serves as the gateway to the University and the surrounding community. The Office of Admissions has achieved an outstanding reputation across the state as a leader in using innovative technology to broaden its reach across metro-Atlanta and northwest Georgia. An interactive voice-response admissions system, web page and a state-of-the-art Telecounseling center are just a few examples of how the KSU Office of Admissions adapts proven techniques to new technologies. The Office of University Admissions, located in the front right wing of Kennesaw Hall, is the initial contact for students interested in learning about the undergraduate and graduate opportunities at Kennesaw State University. It is through this office that students submit their applications for admission, official transcripts, SAT or ACT scores and other documents as required. The decision regarding undergraduate acceptance into Kennesaw State is made by this staff. In addition to providing student admission counseling and application processing, the Office of University Admissions is responsible for distributing promotional literature within the service area, prospective student marketing and student recruiting for the university. |

OFFICE HOURS: The Office of Admissions is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:45 p.m; Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. We are closed weekends and most major holidays. |

CAMPUS TOURS: To receive further information about Kennesaw State University you may wish to take advantage of "INSIGHT Sessions" which are designed to give you an overall look at our University and familiarize you with admission requirements. These sessions, held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m., include a look at the University video, a campus tour, a question/answer session and an opportunity to talk with an admissions officer. "INSIGHT Sessions" also give you a chance to meet some of our current students by taking a campus tour. These tours are often given by KSU's STRiVe (STudent Recruitment Volunteers) sponsored by the Office of Admissions. Visitors should park in the Welcome Center Visitor Information Center

PREVIEW: The Office of Admissions sponsors quarterly PREVIEW sessions. PREVIEW is an informational program for Adult, Non-Traditional students considering Kennesaw State University. If you are an adult student considering college for the first time, seeking transfer admission to complete a degree, or interested in a Graduate program, PREVIEW is for you. The ninety-minute program will include information about KSU Admission requirements and academic program highlights. All information will be targeted to Adult, Non-Traditional students.
