Telecenter

Sponsored by the Office of Admissions

KSU Admissions is a leader in the field of collegiate telecenter operations. Prospects and inquiries receive personal phone calls and/or email responses to queries for materials and specific questions. Applicants may expect a series of communications from a telecounselor designed to instruct the applicant through the admission process. These courtesy calls and emails revolve around counseling status reports which focus on deadlines, testing, decisions, orientation, registration and documents needed to complete the file.

In an age of ever expanding technology, KSU admissions proactively seeks to maintain a personal touch using a range of telecounseling outreach services.

As telecounselors, our duties consist of making calls to prospective students and even current students to inform them of admission requirements. This is to better serve the student, as well as be able to answer any basic questions regarding Kennesaw State University .
