Telecounselors are trained by Admissions personnel to make outbound calls. Training includes, but is not limited to, telecounseling instructional videos, front office exposure, prospective student interactions, 100 frequently asked questions, and telecommunication software navigation.
The Telecenter hours at Kennesaw State University are Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:45p.m. Telecounselors are also pressed into service during deadlines and rush periods to cover the front counter and support inbound telephone traffic.
