Lisa
Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions Telecentre Manager STRiVe Advisor

Welcome to our Telecentre web site!

My name is Lisa, and I am the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. I have been working in the Telecentre now for 8 years, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. I am so lucky to have the group of Telecounselors that currently work with me. Each one of these individuals touches the lives of students on a daily basis. They are some of the most special people I have had the pleasure to encounter. It is a joy to come to work everyday and be around this group of individuals. Their hard work, dedication, and excitement translates to a fantastic work environment, where we can accomplish a tremendous amount professionally, but also work very closely together, and have a whole lot of fun!

I look forward to our future together, to all that we can achieve professionally, and all we can become individually!

Marsha
Telecentre Supervisor

Hello, my name is Marsha Alexander. I am an Administrative Assistant and Supervisor in the Office of Admissions Telecenter. I enjoy working with the wonderful staff of Telecounselors. We work together as a team to inform prospective students of pertinent information to ensure successful enrollment at Kennesaw State.

Himal

My name Himal Nana and I grew up in South Africa. I moved here 4 years ago and came to Kennesaw in Fall of 2004. At the moment I am majoring in Business, but still undecided in which field to choose. On a side note I like to play ping pong and eat Chinese food.

The Telecenter is a vital part of the Admissions Office. I joined the Telecenter in the summer semester of 2005. After a few weeks, I realised the difference we make. Without the Telecenter many prospective students would notreceive important information regarding theiradmissions status. Besides helping out on campus tours, we also assist in important functions hosted by the Admissions Office. The Telecenter and thiswhole office has become my good friends. We are as close as family.

Mojdeh

My name is Mojdeh Heshmat, and I am originally from Iran . I grew up in the States, and I am currently majoring in Biology. I hope to be attending dental school in the near future. Also, I work in the Admissions office at Kennesaw State  where I take pride in assisting prospective students. During my free time I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Celeste

My name is Celeste Houed and I am currently a sophomore at KSU. I was born in Augusta and raised Moultrie. My major is psychology and I plan to get a
Ph D. I love to hang out with my friends and really enjoy working in Admission, where I have made a lot of great friends. The Telecenter Staff is amazing; everyone is so courteous and hardworking. I love helping students with the application process. Most importantly, I LOVE KSU!!!

Sasan

I am Sasan Nemat, and am from Iran. I came to United States about a year ago. I am a freshman at KSU, but have not decided my major yet. My plan is to go to Optometry school.

I love soccer, and I chose Kennesaw because of its campus, and its good academic programs.

I love working at the admissions office. We are like a family here, and all of us enjoy being with each other. Also all the people who work here are educated and with high standards, so I learn a lot of new things everyday. Moreover, we have a very friendly and productive environment. Also helping other students makes me feel better about myself. So I think the Admissions Office is definitely the best place to work :)
