All housing contracts are full-year and begin in August and end in July.  If space is available, students can move in at other times of the year, but all leases end in July regardless of when the lease begins.  Housing contracts are NOT offered on a term-by-term basis.  All leasing is completed online at www.ksuhousing.com and all fees are paid online while confirming the reservation.
