1) four organizational structures involving the financial aid office and their impact on recruiting, student service, staffing levels & skills, and reporting lines. The four
models are Traditional (separate offices and reporting lines),
Enrollment Management (admissions, registrar, & financial aid reporting
to an Enrollment Manager), One-Stop or No-Stop (combining admissions,
registrar, & financial aid staffs), and Student Financial Services
(merging the bursar and financial aid offices).

2) Frequent issues within the financial aid operation, possible causes and solutions.

The purpose of the "Retention Deficit Disorder Presentation" is to examine the Enrollment Management issue of Retention and how the development of a "Retention Workshop" can assist the college to develop methods that reduce the number of students who leave the College and don't come back. The Retention Workshop is a series of events designed to allow the faculty and staff to become more familiar with the reason students dropout and, more important, what can be done to retain these students.
