Surviving Enrollment Management Transitions: A Case Study
Description: Successfully implementing an enrollment management system requires paying attention to institutional culture as well as to enrollment management models and appropriate change strategies. Skills needed include knowing how organizational structures and decision processes influence outcomes (Hossler; Kalsbeek). A close look at one college’s transitions between enrollment management models reveals just how important these principles can be.
