Professional Work Experience
My career as a collegiate administrator spans a twenty-five year period. I have served in various administrative roles -- Dean and Assistant Dean of Enrollment Services, Director of Admissions, and Registrar. I have provided leadership and administrative oversight for teams of enrollment professionals who directed the offices of admissions, student recruitment, financial aid, registrar, technology services, and veteran affairs operations. I have developed and implemented an enrollment management plan that successfully shaped the student body in a manner consistent with the university mission. I am involved in state, regional, and national organizations and have presented on a number of topics related to enrollment management, office/division organizational structures, and the role of technology in enrollment operations –infusion of technology into processes and the concept of the digital back office.

Served on the following Regents Advisory Committees: Registrar and Admissions (RACRA), Student Information Reporting System (SIRS), and Curriculum Inventory Reporting System (CIR). Served on the following Task Force/Work Groups: Tuition Study Task Force, Residency Task Force, Banner Functional Advisory Group, Admissions Policy Task Force, and Academic Calendar Advisory Group.

Served as the project leader for the implementation of the Banner Student Information System in the University System of Georgia – Beta Test (1993-1995).
