Each community offers unique features and special housing options to meet the needs of KSU’s diverse student populations, including First-Year Experience programs, Honors Program housing, non-traditional students, international students, and student athletes.

Housing at KSU is privately owned and managed through the KSU Foundation and KSUF Housing Management, LLC (referred to as KSU Housing), in collaboration with the KSU Department of Residence Life.
