If you are not satisfied with your Kennesaw State University Alumni Association items purchased on KSU Mall, please call 770-423-6333 to make your refund request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. An official Request for Refund (RFR) form must be submitted. Once the request has been approved, return the item to the Office of Alumni Affairs (address below) within 14 calendar days of your request/approval, and we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Please note that the Kennesaw State University Alumni Association cannot provide refunds for events that occur as scheduled.
