Professional Contact Files. Correspondence with KSU and non-KSU individuals and anything pertaining to these individuals. 4. Committee and Organization Records. Includes agendas, minutes, reports, supporting documents, and notes. 5. Speeches and Presentation Files. Typescripts, notes, electronic presentations (e.g. Powerpoint), handouts. 6. Contact the Archives (x6289) to determine the suitability of records for inclusion in the Archives. 2. Transfer the records to standard records boxes, being careful to preserve the original order of the files as they were stored. Label the boxes and number them consecutively. OR, call the Archives and we will box the records for you! 3. Make a list of the contents of each box, including the titles of each file folder. 4. When the boxes and lists are ready, call the Archives and we will arrange for the records to be picked up. |
