The School of Music offers three degree programs: a Bachelor of Music in Performance, a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Music. The school also offers a minor in music if you are interested in pursuing other academic disciplines but still want to be active in music.
The Department of Theatre and Performance Studies offers a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance Studies with tracks in acting, performance (emphasizing the creation of original solo and group performance work), musical theater and design/technology. The department also offers a minor in dance that is available to students throughout the University.
The Department of Visual Arts offers three degree programs: a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art (with concentrations in graphic communications, drawing and painting, photography and printmaking, and sculpture and ceramics) and a Bachelor of Science in Art Education. In the summer of 2009, the department also launched the college's first graduate degree, the Master of Arts in Teaching Art. A minor in Art History is also available.
All three departments are nationally accredited.
