Kennesaw State will host 27th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition

Prizes will be awarded in several categories

The College of the Arts at Kennesaw State University will present the 27th Annual Juried Student Exhibition Jan. 14 through Feb. 11 in the Fine Arts Gallery in the Joe Mack Wilson Building. An opening reception will be held 5- 8 p.m. on Jan. 14.

             

This exhibition offers juror’s choice awards in ceramics, drawing, graphic design, mixed media/alternative processes, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture, which will be announced at the opening reception in conjunction with an award presentation at 6:30 p.m.

             

The 27th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition continues the tradition of excellence established by Visions, Kennesaw State’s official student art organization.

             

This year’s juror Anne Lambert, is from Tracht of Consultart, Inc.

All gallery events are free and open to the public. Fine Arts Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday evenings. For a complete schedule and more information, call 770-499-3223.
