KENNESAW, Ga.—Ten Kennesaw State University students have been selected to participate in “Elementals: Wood-Metal-Paper-Stone,” a juried invitational exhibition of works on paper. The exhibition will be held Sept. 22 through Oct. 19 at Blue Tower Gallery in Atlanta.
The student artists from Kennesaw State are: Alex Gibbs of Kennesaw; Lacey McKelvey of Cedartown; Veronica Pesantes of Woodstock; Patricia Quilichini of Alpharetta; Heather Rosenberg of Smyrna; Ansley Sproull of Calhoun; Heather Thomas of Canton; and Rachel Jennings, Emily Lester, Erin Potts of Marietta. Their printmaking professor, Valerie Dibble, also will participate in the exhibition.
Students from six other universities and several professional printmakers also are included. An opening reception for the exhibition will be held 7 p.m. to 12 midnight on Saturday, Sept. 22. Blue Tower Gallery is located at 675 Metropolitan Complex #1119.
