Show Your School Spirit!
On Sept. 7, the College of the Arts opened a new line of merchandise at the KSU Bookstore. T-shirts and notebooks are just some of the items on sale. Other available items include travel mugs, pens, pencils and umbrellas. More items will be added to the line based upon requests received from students, alumni, faculty and supporters. To submit an idea for an item, e-mail arts@kennesaw.edu. A percentage of all sales benefits the College. |

September 11 Concert Will Benefit Katrina Relief
The Starlight Concert scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 11 will be used to raise funds to assist the American Red Cross in its disaster relief efforts following Hurricane Katrina. The concert features jazz superstar John Pizzarelli, a guitarist and vocalist renowned for performing the great standards of the American jazz songbook.
Show Your College Spirit
When the KSU Bookstore opens its new “COTA Store” on Sept. 7, the college's students, faculty, alumni and community supporters will be able to purchase a host of items bearing the COTA logo.

Watkins Celebrates 25 Years at Kennesaw State
The College of the Arts will celebrate Professor of Piano David Watkins’ 25th anniversary with a free recital and post-concert reception at 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16.

Season Opens with Two Special Exhibitions
The College of the Arts has launched the new gallery season with two unique, specially curated exhibitions. The first, “Selections from the KSU Permanent Collection” and “The Collectors’ Vision: Latin American Art in Georgia Collections.”

Atlanta’s Top Directors Teach at Kennesaw State
When the Atlanta Sunday Paper recently took a look back at the 2004-2005 theater season in metropolitan Atlanta, work by a number of people associated with the KSU Department of Theatre & Performance Studies made the top ten lists.
