Bidding Information:

1. To bid on an item, click "bid now" and complete the bid form. All information will be confidential.

2. Bids of any amount will be considered, but bids of at least the minimum amount are preferred.  Bids below the minimum are considered on a case by case basis and may not be accepted.

3. Official bids will only be accepted by completing the online bid form. Bids cannot be taken by phone.  Although you may call 770-499-3214 for more information.

4. Bidding closes at 5 p.m. on Friday of each week.

5. Winning bidders are responsible for picking up or arranging shipment of the artwork by  5 p.m. on Friday of the following week.

6. The winning bidder is responsible for any costs associated with shipping or transporting the artwork as well as any insurance fees.

7. The winning bidder is responsible for making payment by 5 p.m. on  the Friday of the following week. Payment must be received before the artwork is released to the bidder. Payment may be made by cashier's check, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

8. The artist, Robert Sherer, reserves the right to request the artwork be displayed in future exhibitions. Generally, exhibiting a piece will increase its value.

9. Payment will be received through the Kennesaw State University, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Consult your tax advisor for details about the tax-deduction status of auction payments.

10. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Robert Sherer GLBT Scholarship Fund at Kennesaw State University.

11. Local bidders may request an opportunity to view the actual artwork in person; call 770-499-3214.
