Audience Services & Box Office
The College of the Arts Box Office provides ticketing and front-of-house services for several events offered by College of the Arts presenters and select non-COTA presenters. Ticketing eligibility and pricing are at the discretion of the presenter and the Dean of the College.
Ticketing Services
The box office accepts cash, check and credit card payments for ticket sales. Advance ticket sales are available via the main box office, (located in the Wilson Building, Rm. 125), phone and internet. Performance night ticketing is available via the auditorium box office one hour prior to the performance. All ticket sales are subject to box office service fees and state tax. Please request the box office fees and policies information for costs associated with using Audience Services for events.
The creation of an event in ticketing software requires specific information. Submission of the Ticket Sales information form is required a minimum of 28 business days prior to the sales start date for a performance. Ticket sales must begin a minimum of 30 days prior to a performance.
Front-of-House Services
The Office of Audience Services provides front-of-house services for all ticketed College of the Arts events and select non-ticketed events. (Front of house services for non-COTA events are subject to a staffing fee). Front-of-house services include a house manager, assistant house manager and volunteer ushers. Submission of the House Management Information Form is requested a minimum of 14 business days prior to the performance date. The Bailey Center Performance Information Form may be submitted as a substitute when applicable.
