Curated by Will Hipps. Steven Assael is known for his photorealist, large-scale paintings. His works are presented courtesy of Forum Gallery, New York. This solo exhibition will be accompanied by an artist workshop in September 2008 as part of the visiting artist program sponsored by the KSU Department of Visual Arts. Fall 2008 Grand Opening Reception

Celebrate with us as we kick off the art exhibition season for fall 2008. Steven Assael’s large-scale photorealist paintings will be on display in The Art Gallery in the Sturgis Library. The 6th Biennial KSU Art Alumni Exhibition will be hosted in the Fine Arts Gallery of the Wilson Building, and ”Athos Menaboni: Conversations with Nature” will be on display in the Clayton Gallery in the Bailey Performance Center. 5-8:30 p.m. Free.
