Organized by the San Francisco State University Art Gallery, and curated by Judith Bettelheim. This exhibition is circulated by Curatorial Assistance, Pasadena.

A groundbreaking exhibition of 66 prints and drawings by 26 artists from Havana and Santiago de Cuba representing a cross section of Cuban society and a diverse range of subject matter, styles, and techniques. This exhibition is the first to focus on AfroCuban artists and themes through a historical-thematic lens—and the first time this work has been grouped together in a major exhibition outside of Cuba. A Year of Atlantic World event.

Vietnamese women immigrants have played a key role in establishing successful businesses, integrating their children into American society, and maintaining the customs and language of their native land.
