The Collection

The Kennesaw State University Art Collection consists of nearly 1,000 paintings, sculptures and works on paper from all over the world dating from the late-15th century to the present.  The predominant focus is 19th century American art, with works by such artists as Albert Bierstadt, Rembrandt Peale, Jasper Cropsey, Gilbert Stuart and William Merritt Chase.  The collection also has significant holdings of works by Georgia artists, including Lamar Dodd, Howard Finster, Athos Menaboni and Ruth Zuckerman.
