
Jen
Wells is the Director of Assessment in Student Success at
Kennesaw State University. She joined the KSU family in May
of 2011.
Prior to KSU, Jen attended the University of Georgia as a
full-time doctoral student in the College Student Affairs
Administration (CSAA) program. Her dissertation is about the psychosocial development of students on the Broad Autism Phenotype and antipates graduating in December 2013.
During Jen’s time at UGA, she held various assistantships
including working with the CSAA faculty, the Office of the
Vice President for Student affairs, and with Alternative
Spring Break in the Center for Leadership and Service. She
was also afforded the opportunity to work with the Council
for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS)
where she worked with Self-Assessment Guides, Standards and
Guidelines and, most notably, the design and completion of
the 2009 CAS Book. She continues working with CAS on their
linkage project, Wiki page, standards revision and creation
process, and designed and assisted in the CAS Book 2012.
Jen received her undergraduate degree from Albion College in
German and History and completed a thesis entitled, “One
Hundred Years of Buddenbrooks.” She then completed her
Master of Arts Degree in Student Affairs Administration at
Michigan State University.
