About Us Kennesaw State University's Black Alumni Society was chartered on February 5, 2000. Mrs. Tracy Hall, a former employee, promoted a vision to establish a Black Alumni Society on our campus. The Alumni Society represents a population of Africans and African Americans who graduated from Kennesaw State University. We zealously seeks out alumni who want to become members. Membership into our Society is open to all Africans and African Americans who are members of Kennesaw State University's Alumni Association. The annual cost of your membership is $25.00. The
Kennesaw State University's Black Alumni Society works diligently to cultivate
a sense of pride, integrity, and the gift of giving through our volunteer
efforts. Each fall semester consideration is given to select a student
to receive The Wilkes/Burnett Black Alumni Society Scholarship.
We are proud that Kennesaw State University and the Alumni Association
Board of Directors recognize that the Black Alumni Society collaborates
in providing outstanding services to the entire campus community.
