Interviewers of the month - September 2008

We are excited to have chosen two interviewers as our Employee of the Month for September 2008.

George Hemperley has worked for over five years in the telephone survey lab.  Through his dedication he has worked on numerous surveys and taken on many different challenges throughout his years of employment.   He has a great rapport while on the phone and has become one of our best and most experienced interviewers.  George is always willing to take on new tasks.

Norman Lonnie Hail, one of our newer employees, has only worked in the telephone survey lab for about seven months, but has proven to be a loyal employee and a self starter.  He has taken time to ask questions and learn as much as he can about each survey.  He has an interest in his position and found ways to improve his work performance by setting personal goals.  Each shift he sets a survey quota for himself. He is very dedicated and always finds ways to improve his performance.
