| Abstract of each Presenter: |
- Dr. Rosa Bobia will talk about the creation of James Baldwin Society, building its membership, outreach and potential, and the effects on contemporary issues of race and identity.
- Dr. Oral Moses will share Go Tell It On the Mountain and The Amen Corner to create and develop a syllabus to teach a music course entitled “Survey of African and African American Music.”
- Dr. Army Lester and Dr. Ardith Peters use The Evidence of Things Not Seen in their lecture classes.
