For KSU Distance and Online Learners, Academic Advisors are available via email and phone. Mental Health Counselors are also available for phone or email consultations. A consultation is not counseling and if it is determined that further services are needed, students will be encouraged to make an appointment to come to the office to meet with a counselor in person.

"Email communication is not a secure nor dependable medium for transmitting
personal information. To endure that your concerns are addressed, please call
or come by the CAPS Center to schedule an appointment."
