REGISTRATION
The registration fee will include all meals scheduled during the conference, breaks, and conference materials.

Pre-registration fee is $100 if received by February 8, 2008.
After February 8, 2008 and Onsite will be $110. 
Graduate Student & Adjunct Faculty Rate is $50.

When registering for the conference, you need to reference the conference’s “course

number" 083BCON9101A.

REFUND POLICY:
If a participant has to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given
if the cancellation is received by 5:00 PM on February 12, 2008. If severe weather forces
us to cancel the conference, everyone receives a full refund.
