Event Description:
Designed for first and second year faculty, this workshop explains the process used to evaluate faculty performance. We will discuss annual performance reviews, pre-tenure & pre-promotion reviews, tenure and promotion reviews, and post-tenure review. The focus of this workshop will be more on the process, documents, and timelines of these reviews than on specific expectations for performance. The next New Faculty Success Workshop will have more information on specific expectations. |
