Campus Information

Identification Cards, Keys, & Parking Permits
The Card Services Center at KSU issues the official university ID, Parking Decals, and Keys.

Faculty IDs: All faulty and staff are issued an official KSU Identification Card. Faculty and Staff must have this card with them in order to enter gated faculty parking lots, use copy machines on campus (including departmental copy machines), check out books at the Library, enter secure locations such as buildings and classrooms, access campus events, and for selected retail services.

Faculty Parking Decals: All vehicles on campus must display a valid KSU Parking Decal. Vehicles without a valid decal will be ticketed and/or booted. New Faculty and Staff must visit the Card Services Center in person to receive their parking decal. Parking decals are valid for the duration of your official status with KSU. One day passes are available upon request and vehicle owners are urged to get them in advance.

Net ID
This new account is your Campus Wide ticket to current and future IT services at Kennesaw State University. This account provides a you with a single Username and Password for authentication to Email, WebCT, Lab Resources, Library Services, and Desktop Logins.

WebCT
WebCT is an online application software program used to deliver web enhanced or totally online courses.

GroupWise Web Access
GroupWise Web access allows you to login to your campus GroupWise e-mail account from off-campus.

Public Safety
Kennesaw State University has one of the lowest crime rates among colleges and universities in the University System of Georgia. The Department of Public Safety at KSU is commited to preserving that record. Kennesaw State officers patrol the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Officers offer numerous services to the campus community, ranging from assisting motorists and providing campus escorts to investigating crimes.

Food Services
The University has a contractual agreement for food service with Sodexho Management Services. Food service on campus is located in the student center food court, the Burruss Building, and Jazzman’s in the teahouse at the Legacy Gazebo.

Business Services
Business Services is responsible for the treasury and general accounting functions of the University. The department includes the Office of the Comptroller, Accounting Services, Student Accounts, and Payroll.
