About the CGC The nationally recognized Corporate Governance Center at Kennesaw State University has achieved the original vision of its founders to be a leading provider of corporate governance information for directors, researchers, professors, advisors and other interested parties. CGC programs are designed to promote effective corporate governance within public, private and nonprofit organizations, with particular emphasis on audit committees and entrepreneurial enterprises. Co-founded in 1995 by Dana Hermanson, Heather Hermanson, Paul Lapides, Gary Roberts, and Bobby Vick, the KSU Corporate Governance Center is composed of more than 20 professors from several universities. International in scope and interdisciplinary in its approach, the CGC benefits from the expertise of an Advisory Board made up of pioneers and leaders in the field of corporate governance. |
