Current Projects

The Kennesaw State University Brain Biomarkers Research Lab is currently doing research in three separate, but related, topics:

1. Ischemic Stroke Biomarkers - Research into the early detection and identification of strokes.
2. Biomarkers for concussions and mild TBI - Research into the early detection of Traumatic Brain Injuries.
3. Emergent Biomarker(s) for Spinal Cord Injury - Research into the differences in biomarkers between brain and spinal cord biomarkers.
