B.S. in Exercise and Health Science

Internship Criteria

 

Effective Fall 2013, HPS 3398: Internship will be replaced with ES 3398: Internship and HPS 4750: Exercise and Health Science Internship will be replace with ES 4950: Exercise Science Senior Internship.

 

The prerequisites for these courses are as follows:

 

ES 3398: Internship (1-3 credit hours)

  • 2.75 AGPA
  • Permission of department chair

 

ES 4950: Exercise Science Senior Internship (3-12 credit hours)

  • 2.75 AGPA
  • Completion of ES 4500 (formerly HPS 4500) with a “C” or better
  • 90 or more credit hours (Senior status)
  • Permission of department chair

 

The deadline for applications are:

  • July 22, 2013 for FALL 2013
  • November 18, 2013 for SPRING 2014
