 Diabetes affects people of

all ages.

 

 Diabetes can cause complications

 that are severe such as:

 heart attack, stroke,

 kidney failure, & 

 vision loss

History of Project IDEAL

Project IDEAL began in 2003 with funding from HealthCare Georgia Foundation. Over 400 people have attended Project IDEAL  classes.

Project IDEAL is now supported by volunteers and donations of materials and supplies from community organizations.

 

 

 

Diabetes affects all ages & families but it can be prevented or controlled.
