Clinic Placement Dates & Deadline information for clinical placement (Excel / PDF)

If any of your credentials (ie - PPD, Physical, Tetnus, X-Ray,CPR and blood borne) are due to expire during a semester (regardless if done within the year), you are required to update it before the listed deadlines for that semester. It is the student's responsibility to find out what Medical information is pending.  If you are not sure, contact Markisha Sallie.

If you miss the deadline, you will be administratively dropped from your clinical classes and will not be able to participate in Clinical Assignments
