The School of Nursing has adopted core preformance standards for admission and progression within the nursing major. These standards identify the abilities and skills necessary to perform in an independent manner. If a student believes that he or she cannot meet one or more of the standards without accomodations or modifications, the nursing program will determine, on an individual basis, whether or not necessary accommodations or modifications can be made reasonably.
