Description of Course:
This course is designed as an introductory basic level course using the core curriculum for Critical Care Nurses, for nurses with limited exposure to critically ill patients. The 64-hour course is planned in 8-hour segments to accommodate the employed professional and improve retention. Course preparation prior to classes will be necessary.
Prior ECG course or equivalent is encouraged. One year nursing experience is encouraged.
