Special Requirements for the course:
- Complete the application for admission

- Provide a money order or cashier’s check for $250
- Attach a resume of your nursing career
- Return no later than two weeks prior to the course
- You must have an active or temporary RN license from Georgia Board of Nursing
Additional Prerequisite for Admission:
- Georgia Registered Nurse or Temporary Nursing License obtained from the Georgia Board of Nursing 237 Coliseum Drive, Macon, GA 31217-3858 .

- A resume of your employment history as an RN
- Satisfactory completion of physical examination indicating a good state of health.
- Proof of ALL immunizations: current; prior to clinical
- CPR Certification/American Heart for Health Care Provider
- Accidental Health Insurance (medical coverage)

- International nurses educated outside the U.S. must be successful on the TOEFL. Acceptable scores: Computer-based 207, Paper-based 540.
