Responsible for support of nursing research, shared governance, nursing quality indicators and professional advancement program. Consultant to the nursing leadership,
staff, and unit based councils on improving professional practice. Initiated Nursing Research Fellowship.

CV Outcomes Coordinator
Planned and implemented the Cardiac Outcomes Department for the Cardiac Division. Responsible for departmental budget , and oversight of Myocardial Infarction (NRMI) database, implementation and over-sight of Open Heart Surgery (STS), and Interventional Cardiology (ACC-NCDR) data-base. Responsible for oversight of data-base managers, abstractors, data analysis, and coordination of efforts to improve cardiology clinical outcomes.  Managed data analysis and coordinated  multi-disciplinary committees/ teams to  review clinical outcomes related to cardio-vascular data  for a five hospital system.
