How to Apply to the MSW Program:

Complete the online application for graduate admission. You will receive a confirmation message by email indicating that your application has been submitted. There is a non-refundable application fee of $60 that can be paid online when submitting the application

Schedule an appointment to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). It is recommended that the exam be taken 6 weeks prior to the application deadline to insure adequate time for processing. The scores will be reported directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions by selecting Kennesaw State University as a score recipient. A photocopy of your personal test report may be submitted to verify that the exam has been taken; however, official test results must be received from the testing company before your file is considered complete.

Request that official transcripts from each institution attended be sent to you in a sealed envelope (do not open) for inclusion in your admission packet.

Prepare Autobiographical Statement, Signed and Dated. (statement guide provided in application).

International applicants should consult the international requirements section for additional documents that must be submitted.

All required documents, including the program checklist and official transcripts, should be compiled in one large envelope and sent directly to:

Once admitted, you will be required to show proof of Immunization. For more information and instructions, please go to www.kennesaw.edu/col_hhs/hc/NewImmInfo.htm. Immunization information should be sent directly to the Health Clinic, not included with your admission packet.
