Simple Snack Ideas
Combine 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup with low-fat vanilla yogurt. Serve with raspberries, straberries and/or blueberies. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of low-fat granola and turn it into a parfait!

Nut Butter Crackers
Spread a thin layer of almnod butter on a whole-grain cracker. Top with another cracker. Make 6-8 of these and take for a a healthy afternoon snack!
