What is OWL Balance?
OWL Balance is our 8-week learn-over-lunch series designed to assist students with setting nutrition and food-related goals (i.e. weight loss/gain/management, eating more veggies, portion control, etc.) AND accomplishing them! It is offered fall semester. The first 30 students to register will receive a complimentary lunch. Please call the Center for Health Promotion & Wellness to register for the sessions.
