Engaging the professional community in learning about and understanding the diversity of Latin Americans and Iberians locally and abroad is pivotal to achieve the Center for Latin American and Iberian Studies’ mission. The Center collaborates with academic, private, and governmental entities by facilitating workshops, seminars, and conferences related to Latin American and Iberian communities in Georgia and around the world. Some examples are:
- Two-day teacher training modules on language, culture, and methods.
- India and China’s commerce in Latin America.
- Summer intensive courses at Spanish Universities.
