CUALLI Latin American and Iberian Food Studies Review is an interdisciplinary electronic journal dedicated to the examination of food symbolic, production, and consumption systems of Latin American and Iberian communities. It is published annually in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Submission of works following MLA style are preferred but given the interdisciplinary nature of CUALLI other styles may be approved upon revision. Manuscripts should not exceed 5, 500 words. Works are peer-review; please send manuscript only with title, and include a separate page with the author’s name, article’s title, and a short CV to Audrey Garcia, Editor, firstname.lastname@example.org
