The Center for Latin American and Iberian Studies supports projects that reach out Latin American groups who live in distress conditions in the state of Georgia. The center maintains liaisons with non-profit and institutional organizations that provide services in the following areas: culture, education, and healthcare, among others. The Center seeks to continue supporting the dialogue between Kennesaw State University and the larger community for an understanding of the diversity of Latin Americans living in the state of Georgia
