TIPS:

1. Our Web site employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This capability virtually assures that your information cannot be manipulated or misused by anyone during transmission. 4. When navigating through the Owl Express system, do not use the "BACK" button on your browser. There is a built-in security feature that will automatically log you out if you press the "BACK" button too many times. If this happens, you will be required to reenter your login information to regain access.

5. At the top of most pages, there will be an "Info" area. Instructions on how to use the page and what is displayed on the page is found here.

6. For security purposes, there is a 30 minute inactivity time-out built into the system. If you fail to use the system for 30 minutes once you have logged in, you will receive an inactivity time-out message and be required to reenter your login information to regain access to the system.

7. For security and privacy, be sure to log out of the system, using the "EXIT" button. Also, remember to exit your browser before leaving the PC to prevent unauthorized access of your information.
