Courses are offered as a community collaboration between the KSU Nursing Departments, Continuing Education Department, and various local health care agencies.

- Critical Care Nursing - a 64-hour introductory basic level course for nurses with limited exposure to critically ill patients.
- Getting Into Diabetes Education - An Interdisciplinary Approach
- Nursing in Faith Communities - An introduction to the array of issues related to Faith Community Nursing and the Health Ministry.
- Registered Nurse Refresher/ReEntry - a course for inactive RNs who want to return to nursing practice or who want to reinstate a permanent license as an RN.
