Overview

 

The Baccalaureate Degree Nursing Program offers a generic traditional and accelerated BSN for students who want to become a registered nurse and a bridge RN-BSN completion option for registered nurses with an associate degree or diploma in nursing. The curriculum includes courses in the humanities and the biological and social sciences as well as the theoretical and clinical practice background necessary for the practice of professional nursing.

Requirements and Prerequisites

  • Program Prerequisites - Courses which must be completed prior to applying to the program
  • General Core Requirements - General requirements for all KSU undergraduate programs
  • Major Course Requirements - Specific major courses required for this degree

    Due to year-end computer maintenance, the system will be down from 1:30pm 6/30 until midnight 7/1. Therefore the deadline has been extended to midnight July 3rd.

Deadlines

 

Program applications must be completed and submitted by a certain date to be eligable for consideration. Deadlines are as follows:

  • Spring Semester (of any year): ¬†Applications must be submitted between February 1 - June 30 for admission to the following January.
  • Fall Semester (of any year): Applications must be submitted between July 1 - January 31 for admission the following August.
