Associate Professor Katherine Kinnick is Kennesaw State University's nominee for the 2004 Ernest L. Boyer International Award for Excellence in Teaching. She was the 2003 winner of the KSU Distinguished Teaching Award.

Associate Professor Katherine Kinnick published in article in issue 29(4) of the journal Public Relations Review in 2003.

Associate Professor Chuck Aust authored a chapter in the book "Communication and Emotion: Essays in Honor of Dolf Zillmann" co-edited by Jennings Bryant, David Roskos-Ewoldsen and Joanne Cantor, published by Lawrence Erlbaum in 2003.
