Appointments with Your Advisor

Advising is coordinated through the Department of Communication approximately two weeks before priority registration during fall and spring semesters. Students may secure appointments on sign-up sheets located near their advisors' office doors during those designated time periods. To aid your course selection each semester, advising guides explaining the concentration requirements are located online at www.kennesaw.edu/communication by clicking "Concentration Checklists" under "Advisement."

To maximize your appointment time with your Communication Department faculty advisor, please bring the following to each advising appointment:
* an unofficial copy of your transcript found on Owl Express
* a completed copy of the Concentration Checklist for your chosen concentration and
General Education
* a listing of planned courses for the next semester
