Learn and Serve Luncheon

Once a month, KSU Learn and Serve hosts a luncheon to train and inform faculty and community members about service-learning.

As many as 35 faculty members and community agency representatives - both experienced and inexperienced in service-learning - have gathered at these monthly KSU Learn and Serve luncheons to discuss critical service-learning issues, forge new partnerships and share service-learning experiences (along with some really good food).

And, through open conversation and exchange of ideas, luncheon guests are finding the answers to questions like these:

-How can the community become a classroom for our future leaders?
-How can KSU help in the community?
-How can faculty fit service-learning into already packed schedules?

We hope you'll join us at the next Learn and Serve luncheon, where we'll again open our mouths to good food, our ears to fresh ideas and our minds to the boundless possibilities of service-learning! Contact the Serve and Learn Center for the next luncheon.
